Description
Podi-Ari Kanji is another traditional and healthy dish from Kerala. It’s a type of rice porridge or gruel cooked with Podi-Ari (broken rice). In olden days, Kanji was consumed with the aid of leaves instead of spoons. At Kudampuli, we offer Kanji with Pacha Payar (Green gram), Pappadam (Pappad) and Thenga Chuttaracha Chammanthi (Coconut Chutney). A Mango leaf is also provided for those who would like to experience the traditional way of eating.
